Amanda Felk of Night Nature Alliance, https://www.nightnature.org/about, will share information about the creatures of the night. Native Nocturnals includes information on a variety of Michigan animals that are active at night and how they may be beneficial to humans, covers what nocturnal really means, the special adaptations these animals have, how to find them in the wild, what threats they face, and how we can help mitigate those threats.

To encourage gardeners to sign up for an annual membership ($15 US a year, October 1-September 30), the board is testing a $5 guest fee for non-members attending individual MGAWC programs. The non-member guest fee does not apply to current U of M-Dearborn students.
