The Michigan Garlic Farm began growing gourmet hardneck garlic over 25 years ago.  It has grown from a personal garden to share with friends and family to now over 35,000 plants harvested this year. Come learn about the annual process of planting, harvesting, cleaning, drying, curing and replanting garlic to enjoy for all its taste and health reasons. We will focus particularly on the hardneck garlic which is grown naturally by hand and cannot be farmed mechanically.
