Grants for Member Projects
MGAWC members volunteering on community gardening projects or therapeutic
horticulture programs are eligible and encouraged to apply for MGAWC grants
in support of such projects. Apply early so that the grant may be available
in time for the start of your gardening season.
An application form is available
here.
The application process is simple. We do not require excruciating (and
time-consuming) detail, but expect only a brief and general description of
the requirement for your project.
Let MGAWC support you in your service to the community.
Members who work on community projects can showcase such projects in the
Gardens section of our website.
Just send us text and photos. We will do the rest. In the meantime, enjoy
the projects that other MGAWC members have contributed.
The Master Gardener Association of Wayne County supports community gardening
projects and therapeutic horticulture programs by offering grants and
scholarships. MGAWC has assisted a variety of causes and groups throughout
Wayne County and Southeast Michigan.
