Cooking demo.  Please invite Peter Veach back again & again. Besides the speakers, the size of the group is prefect.  If it was larger it would lose its ambiance. I liked the size of the group.  Not too many.  No long line.  Like having Lunch served rather than getting it yourself. Peter Veach is always the best, as are the recipes. It felt like I was being spoiled like a day at the spa.  Loved the cook! Quality of presentations–each presenter projected excitement about own task. Everything!
